Praise the Lord and pass the Ammunition. . .


 America, what happened to you?

A cut-throat band of rebels came to a decision about my country. They, in their selfish and dictatorial wisdom, stood up on their hind legs and said their whispers out loud as they announced to the nation that democracy, for them, is dead. Their ideas of rule for America will lead us out of the wilderness and into a new and beautiful world of autocracy. 

Their dreams have been spelled out in the new "constitution" that will be placed before the people - not for consideration, but for enforcement by the Party. The oppression and rigid control of the Party prohibits free thought and any expression of individuality. 

The "new constitution" is formally called "A Manifesto: PROJECT 2025 - The Conservative Promise, in a 920-page book of dictatorial and consensus nonsense of how federal agencies must be governed."

Understand, the version of another mad-man dictator's book, Mein Kampf, was not a consensus of the people either. "Project 2025" is a recipe of what the conservative, right-wing, demagogy, Trump, and his unruly followers hatched in the dark and moonless night. 

I offer no promise that these 920 pages of pure hell-and-damnation will ever come to fruition, but I do promise if you elect these monsters and invite them into your home, they will sure as hell have a chance!

America has never, as far as I know, ever been in such a predicament. What this amounts to is a honest-to-God, knock-down-drag-out coup and take-over. 

The obvious solution is to vote all of them out of office - NOW!

A Day for a little Levity. . .

Confession of a   Social Climber Before I cash in my chips and curl up my toes, I need to confess to a terrible crime. For more than 86 years I have been a terrible liar about an important moment in of my life. As everyone who knows me is aware, I have always said my home town was Fort Benton. But, I hope everyone will find a way to forgive me for that terrible fib. I admit I was a social climber from birth. I wanted the world to know I was from a large city. When I was born, my parents and and older brother lived in the beautiful town of Virgelle, Montana. We also had a farm across the river from Virgelle and south about five miles on top of the river breaks. We lived there for about three years and then moved back to the farm.
