The Terrible Stench of Trump's "Project 2025"

   


Donald Trump told Christians on July 28,2024 that if they vote for him this November, "in four years, you won't have to vote again." He went on to say, "Christians, get out and vote, just this time." You won't have to do it anymore. Four more years, you know what? - it will be fixed, it will be fine, you won't have to vote anymore, my beautiful Christians." He added, "I love you, Christians, I'm a Christian. I love you, get out, you gotta get out and vote. In four years, you won't have to vote again, we'll have it fixed so good you're not going to have to vote, "he said.

And so, from that implied threat, Trump was going to erase our democracy. In turn, he would put an authoritarian rule in place that would make it unnecessary to vote for our leaders because they would take care of all of that for us.

A man named "Boss" Tweed ran elections in New York City and was proud of saying, "As long as I count the votes, what are you going to do about it?" Perhaps Trump was told about that. 

Further, Trump must mess with this election to make sure he will have clear sailing as he turns America into a dictatorship. The tool for that is something he has been working on for several years: Voter Fraud!. He must cancel as many votes for his opponent as possible. He must toss as many voters from the registration rolls as possible. And, he must try, again, to line up fake electorates to change the electoral college results as possible.

And, when all else fails, threaten the election officials and workers and their families to "assist in the fraudulent vote counting. Hundreds - if not thousands - of these long time, faithful workers have been receiving threats since the 2020 election.

This is the absolute worst thing that can be done in our nation. Voting is a sacred right to a democracy! It is how we elect our leaders. It's why our democracy is the pride of countries around the world!

The Republican/MAGA/Cult is dead-set on stopping us! And, Trump wants to be a dictator -  which is the bottom line on all of these threats!

We must vote them out - Before they vote us out!

A Day for a little Levity. . .

Confession of a   Social Climber Before I cash in my chips and curl up my toes, I need to confess to a terrible crime. For more than 86 years I have been a terrible liar about an important moment in of my life. As everyone who knows me is aware, I have always said my home town was Fort Benton. But, I hope everyone will find a way to forgive me for that terrible fib. I admit I was a social climber from birth. I wanted the world to know I was from a large city. When I was born, my parents and and older brother lived in the beautiful town of Virgelle, Montana. We also had a farm across the river from Virgelle and south about five miles on top of the river breaks. We lived there for about three years and then moved back to the farm.
