An Ominous Sign of the Path of a Dictator. . .


Federal Judge Aileen Mercedes Cannon, born 1981, is a Colombian-born American lawyer who has served as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 2020. She was appointed by Donald Trump and she will, according to the Constitution, hold the seat until she dies, resigns, or is removed through impeachment .

Judge Cannon is living proof as to how Donald Trump will benefit from such appointments. She has been admonished three times by the district court for previous "mistakes" she has made from the bench. Various lawyers and judges have said she is "unqualified" to be a judge.

It is certain that this case will be appealed by the district court, but it is impossible it will be heard before election time. If Trump is elected president, it will obviously go away forever!

A note to my Trump supporters:  If this is how he will "rule" as the next president, you have already decided to live in a dictatorial rule. You have turned your back on our democracy and you have handed our nation over to a monarch to do as he wishes.

Confession of a   Social Climber Before I cash in my chips and curl up my toes, I need to confess to a terrible crime. For more than 86 years I have been a terrible liar about an important moment in of my life. As everyone who knows me is aware, I have always said my home town was Fort Benton. When I was born, my parents and and older brother lived in the beautiful town of Virgelle, Montana.
