His Party Thinks a Pathological Liar is Just Fine. . .

Looking at a Pathological Liar

A pathological liar, also known as a compulsive liar, displays a number of characteristics. They may lie about minor events, even when there's no clear motive. They will tell elaborate, dramatic, or unlikely stories with lots of details.

On September 10, 2024, Trump and Harris are scheduled to Debate on ABC television. Many officials are starting to ask questions about how to handle Trump's lies. America learned the last election between Trump and Biden that on-the-spot fact-checking didn't work at all. They are hoping to iron things out for the next debate where Trump is involved.

The major problem, of course, is his propensity to lie. . . to an extreme!  Most experts in the field believe he is a pathological liar  - and with ample proof to back it up. That would mean he can't stop it from happening.  His automatic response to a hard question is to lie. It's that simple. It is also being discussed that he has an even more serious problem: Many believe he is having declining  memory and a mental health crisis. This can occur when someone is overwhelmed by physical or emotional stress and is unable to cope. It can lead to a person's inability to function normally in their day-to-day life.

His problem is much like the weather. We can all talk about it, but we, the public, are not going to change it.  The simplest remedy would be for his political party officials to tell him point blank that they do not want a liar as a nominee. That, of course, wouldn't even be brought up to him, considering this particular MAGA Party.

So, someway, somehow, there has to be a forced mental exam done on all candidates by qualified doctors.

It is ridiculous that right here in America we have to discuss such issues, but when everyone knows he has the problem and his own supporters won't address it. . . someone has to!

After all, no reputable company would hire a pathological liar, so why should the American People want one to be their President of The United States of America?

  1. I think the moderator/questioner ought to reduce the number of questions and factcheck them in real time. I think the factchecking time for each candidate ought to be recorded for each candidate. A truth teller's comments ought to take less time for the fact checkers..

If one candidate's comments are truthful and need little time for fact checking other than to say "truthful", the "false prophet"'s time will run out and the "truth teller will have time for more questions or a closing comment.
